We recently had a water leak in out attic causing water damage to the bathroom and several bedrooms. Warrior Restoration was a big help. The sent Eric out same day to inspect damage and got the whole process started quickly. The are very professional and explain the whole process in detail. Would definitely recommend them. Chris ,Heather, Louis and Jacob were very friendly and did a great job packing up the bedrooms and getting the process started.

They kept us informed throughout the entire process, called ahead to let us know when they’d be arriving, briefed is on what they’d be doing each step of the way, protected our floors and carpet, kept a clean work area even with the drywall and insulation removal. Technicians were knowledgeable on removing debris and water from my bathroom. They took extra care to not damage my floors and explained every step that would take place.

Warrior Restoration are true warriors against your disaster. Eric was my first responder who came the same day I contacted them. He explained the process and immediately put me at ease
with the resolution. My situation was a water leak in the floor slab of the master bathroom that also included leakage into an adjoining walk-in closet. We had water in interior and exterior walls. Chris and Daniel did a great job determining where to put everything as I had a broken kneecap so I had very little mobility and my husband has memory issues. It felt like family taking care of our belongings, getting them out of the way, making sure not to damage anything. Caleb and Zach came the next day to finish removing a marble Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower piece by piece. That was quite a job, but they were very careful not to damage anything. Eric came every day making sure everything was going smoothly as well as to check the fans and monitor the wall drawing process. Chip came to pick the fans up on the last day and make sure there was nothing else that needed to be done. I highly recommend Warrior Restoration. They were quick professional, caring, and did an excellent job.

TJ was the first voice with whom I associate Warrior. He was accommodating and treated us with respect for our time while understanding the urgency of beginning the process of restoring our home back to its pre-water damage condition.

Austin Nolan was the first to come out and look at our water damage. He was very professional and reassuring and helpful. He did the initial asbestos testing and setting up a dehumidifier.

Joey is/was very knowledgeable about asbestos and gave us a sense of relief in the hiccup of water damage mitigation. He answered my calls and texts calmly easing my mind about this whole process.

Chris came out several times to check on the dehumidifiers in our bedroom. He is/was always pleasant and professional.

Jacob showed up on time and while he was short staffed, he handled the work exceptionally well. He communicated clearly with us and was able to answer any questions we had. Even though he was by himself he impressed us with his work speed and was able to surpass our expectations.

Had a broken pipe and Warrior was recommended by our plumber. Justin came out quickly and lined everything up. By the next day the floors were up and everything was drying out. Travis and Zach were quick and very professional. Highly recommend this company.
