INSURANCE PROCESS

Had water pipe burst in basement. Water everywhere. Donna and the guys from Warrior Restoration (Newnan, GA), Dez, Travis, Alex and Jacob, did a fantastic job getting the water vacuumed up, moving cabinets, etc. and tearing out damaged drywall. They were professional and answered my many questions. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Heather , Luis and Luis did a very good job with my remediation and packout . I was pleased by the remediation work and the prompt and courteous way that they do business .

Colton did a great job removing equipment from my home. As all others from Warrior Restoration have done.

Skyler and Alex were great to work with! They had a messy job to do and they worked hard to get it done, with smiles on their faces!! 😊 They even cleaned everything up as good as was possible!!! Thank you Skyler and Alex!

I wanted to share how impressed I am with Warrior Restoration specifically Colton, who came out today on Easter Sunday to check on the progress of our project. He was very professional, polite, talkative, and even called in Advanced to let us know what time he would be here. Colton and I even did a short little video clip of how thankful/grateful we are despite circumstances, such as us having an unusable kitchen over Easter Sunday and him having to work and not be
with his family. This is a young man that is going places and I would not hesitate to hire him for a second. Thank you Colton

Travis dez and Joey came out in a timely manner and assessed my damage and got the process rolling. I highly recommend them for any water damage.

Edwin and Doug came out to my house for a busted water pipe clean up and were amazing. Very hard workers and very respectful!

Colton from Warrior Restoration was here today to handle the next step in treating the recent water damage to our house and did a fantastic job explaining all of the technical details of the process and setting up the equipment to complete today’s work. He was professional, thorough, and very easy to talk to.

Todd Pippin and his crew of Pavel and Hamlet were professional and did such a great job in prepping my Kitchen after a Leak. Remove the damaged floor, Drywall and walled off the kitchen area with plastic drape set the fans up for driving the area. On top of all that, they’re nice people. Would not hesitate to use them again.

My plumbing system took a major dump and called Warrior. The best move I did as they use the same Insurance Program to calculate costs as the insurance industry does. I had their costs submitted in two weeks and approved shortly after. Multiple teams came out, first to demo what had gotten wet, stabilize and sanitize what was needed and then they sent out an A+ team to put it all back together with whatever was replaced. Highly professional, straightforward approach, they understand the homeowners needs. From Ashley inside sales and her detailed materials explanations to Sean, the project foreman, they are the best. The guy runs non stop on high octane energy answering questions in the field and seeing the project through, start to finish. Very happy with the outcome, better than new and highly recommend. I’d give 6 STARS out of 5. Thank you Warrior Restoration!!

Chip was great helping me and my wife through the water restoration process after the flooding of our home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and he took care of our furniture and got our home dry and made this loss a lot more comfortable.
My wife and I can’t thank you and your crew enough. Great customer service and great people. Thank you so much!!! I would recommend calling warrior restoration first!!!
