INSURANCE PROCESS

Pavel and Hamlet came and did a great job with the mitigation. They were efficient, clean, and did a great job in prepping the area for repair. Eric has done an amazing job keeping us up to date with the process to completion.

Warrior had to come in on a quick turn around and the gentlemen they sent, Pavel and Hamlet, did a great job. From being efficient to just cleaning up. I am very satisfied that the work they did will absolutely help minimize the cost of damage.

Everyone I have delt with at Warrior Restoration has been amazing from Nolan to Team Luis.
They have all took the time so far step by step to help me understand the process. Everyone has been very respectful and easy to work with.
Thank you again for being so easy, understanding, and fast service. Team Luis was very caring in handling our furniture, it meant alot because some was my late mother in laws. Looking forward to the end result.

Warrior Restoration was very fast to respond to my call. Chip was very professional and explained everything in detail. But the biggest attribute was the demolition crew that came out to my house with the lead guy Luis. He and his workers did an absolutely fantastic job accommodating us while also getting the job done with complete professionalism! Joey dropped by on the last day to walk us through everything and inspect the work which he had no complaints. Thanks guys for helping get us thru a very tough time!

They were very kind and worked efficiently and cleaned everything. They respected the things they had to move. They put thick cardboard down to protect my wood floors. I would use them again and recommend them. I appreciate their work ethics.

Added 9/9/2024: Eric Bisher was the project manager. He was very professional. He made sure everything was made right. He even came on the weekend to check the fans and moisture levels. He made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had about the process. He is sn asset to the company.

Servpro left us without restoration for 3 days while leaving their equipment! WARRIOR came in and got the job done in 1 day with a Cat 3 flooded basement!!! Talked us through everything. Gutted, disinfected, cleaned, placed environmental protection covers! I mean these guys got it done right and right the 1st time!!! Go with Warrior!
